With the new addition of a Grill (charcoal of course; the Caribbean does not condone gas grilling “fi di authentic jerk”) I will reclaim my position as King of the Grill. Yesterday was steak and I have witnesses as to its good taste. This weekend; The Original Jerk Chicken returns to the Cali-J’s menu.

Z it's guarandamnteed I will make some while U R here. Pride not sure re the 4th; I am thinking of kicking it on the beach, eating some BBQ and watching the peeps blaze it up (the fireworks should be fun to watch too).
